ATLAS INSURANCE (LIFE) / SETUP & PRICING

Your proposition.
Your implementation.

Start with the insurer, products and jurisdictions. Agree the controls, integrations and acceptance evidence before activating a live service.

Atlas Insurance has its own scope and commercial agreement. Access to another Atlas product does not purchase insurance platform services. No checkout or automatic billing is enabled.

Group operating platform

Bespoke quotation

Multiple domiciles, complex policy books, actuarial engines, fund dealing, finance and reporting integrations are separately estimated.

Excludes applicable taxes, insurer capital, regulated staff, legal opinions, licensed standards, data/screening feeds, messaging, identity vendors, market data, actuarial engines, transaction charges and independent security/audit work unless expressly included.

IMPLEMENTATION JOURNEY

Six gates to a controlled launch.

01 · Entity & governance

Licence classes, home/host requirements, Board reserved matters, committees, named officers, department heads and delegated authority.

02 · Product & customer

Approved products, premium methods, rates, underwriting, distribution permissions, customer roles and advised/non-advised journeys.

03 · Data & integrations

Map source fields, cleanse and match identities, reconcile migrations, version transformations and validate policy, fund, actuarial and ledger connectors.

04 · People & permissions

Separate employee/customer access; verified accounts, entity scope, role appointments, independent reviewers, training and joiner/mover/leaver controls.

05 · Evidence & rehearsal

Complete local regulatory mapping, product testing, IFRS close, tax reporting, claims and switch rehearsals; security, recovery and independent assurance.

06 · Release & monitor

Approved go-live, provider activation, exception monitoring, customer support, incident response, changes, ongoing KYC and periodic product review.

Core protections stay in scope. Disabling a product does not remove duties to existing policyholders. Keep servicing, complaints, privacy, financial-crime and audit controls active for the closed book.
